1.- How can you know your size?
Please use these size charts to help determine your size, please use the charts as a general guide to compare the various size scales:

How To Measure:
Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across shoulder blades.
- Natural Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
- Drop Waist
Measure 1 1/2 inches below your natural waistline.
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
2.- When and how you will recieve your order?
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
You will receive your order 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
3.- How much are the shipping costs
We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping in the US.
** Note: FREE Shipping does not qualify for overnight shipping, we will process the order asap in order to be shipped on time.

By placing an order at malu-designs.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to malu-designs.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
4- Do I have to pay to ship my return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for paying for return postage.
5.- What tax are applied to your orders?
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the discretion of custom agents to release your package.
** Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
6.- Do you need information about currency conversion?
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

7.- How to return your order?
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any MALU Designs tags attached.
- Any merchandise marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
8.- REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- Refunds will be proceed within approximately 7 business days after we received your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A customer might get a credit refund for returned merchandise, but the state keeps the sales tax. ... Even with a receipt, a customer will not get a sales-tax refund on any merchandise returned after the purchase date.

10.- Is it safe to shop online?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, like your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit or debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our site can’t be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
11.- What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. We also accept PayPal and prepaid debit cards.
12.- Where can I buy Malu Designs products physically?
As we are a dedicated online retailer, we work exclusively with a few boutiques. To see the stores please click here.
13. Are we sending the orders to your country?
We send orders, around the world!
14. What’s the status of my order?
Check your email. We will update you when your order is confirmed and when it has shipped out.
15.- How can I cancel my order?
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing the order. Please reference your previous order number.
16.- How can I exchange a gift I received?
We only exchange a gift for a different size. You can return your item to us and email us at email@example.com with order number notifying the size you would like to exchange the new item.
17.- What if I have a problem with a Malu Designs product?

18.- My item received looks different than online. Why is this?
We're sorry to hear that! Hit us up within 10 days of receiving your goods via email email@example.com your order number and further details of your issue and a member of our Customer Care team will get on this, ASAP!
